About Our Annual Birman Show

Birman CC entries for all colours/patterns of Birman. CRAOV also have classes for Birmans and Tabby CC have classes for Tabby Point Birmans.

Rex Cat Association have classes for all rex cats, including Selkirk. CRAOV have classes for the same breeds, as do Tabby CC if the patterns are smoke, Tabby or shaded.

CRAOV have classes as above and for all section 2 cats, a fair number of classes for Section 1 and Section 3 (including self), Section 5 they have classes for Tonkinese and Section 6 for Siamese

Tabby CC have classes as above plus all Tabby, Shaded, smoke or Tabby pointed cats in sections 1 and 2. Section 3 they have classes for Tabby, spotted, smoke, tipped and ticked tabbies of all breeds. Section 4 they have classes for all Tabby patterned cats including bengals, toygers, mau. Section 5 they have classes for all Asians except self and tortie, Australian Mists and all Tabby pointed Tonkinese. Section 6 there are classes for Tabby pointed breeds and Oriental Tabbies, Shaded, Ticked and Spotted

The Birman Show is our annual celebration of the majestic Birman cat. Our respected judges carefully evaluate each cat against the breed standards, with beautiful Birmans vying for coveted trophies and awards in categories like Best in Show, Best Male, Best Female, and many more. Our legitimate trophy points system ensures fairness and recognition for consistent excellence, with points accumulating over the show season and special trophies awarded to the top performers.

The show also features the renowned ‘Hall of Fame’ pens, where some of the most famous Birmans in the country are on display, serving as an inspiration to all attendees. We also have the unique ‘Pet Birman of the Year Awards,’ allowing pet owners to enter their cats from home, recognising the charm and personality of pet Birmans. The Birman Show is more than just a competition; it’s a community event where enthusiasts can meet, exchange tips and stories, and enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded individuals. With stalls offering Birman-related merchandise, informative booths, and plenty of opportunities to learn more about this wonderful breed, The Birman Show promises a day of enjoyment and celebration for all.
